I'm Tamsyn — most people call me Tams.

I grew up in Durban, South Africa, and watched my own family go through real hardship — because we didn't have life insurance protection.

And I'd bet you've seen it too. A GoFundMe for a funeral. A family scrambling to cover what should have been covered. It's common, it's heartbreaking, and it's completely avoidable.

That's the work. Making sure fewer families ever have to ask.

This isn't cold calling random people, and it's not hitting up your friends and family. It's a professionally run business, built to actually help people — and build something real for yourself along the way.

This isn't pay-to-play. There's nothing to buy your way into here — no buy-in, nobody hands over money to me or the team. You earn your place. You don't purchase it.

Khanyisa is a Zulu and Xhosa word — rooted in -khanya, "to shine." It means to bring light, to illuminate, to enlighten. Traditionally, it's given as a name to someone hoped to be a source of guidance, warmth, and hope in the world.

It's my home country's language, and it's become the name for how I've always tried to do business: with love and light, real care for the people in front of me, and money made with purpose behind it.

Years ago I built what I call an impact, service, and contribution model — a way of doing business that always circles back to doing good, not just doing well. I've mentored people in it ever since.
